Thankfully Josh agreed because it led us to the most fabulous woman, a perfect match for what we needed and hoped for. Our “Design Production Experience” offers you a stress-free process as you place your vision and goals into the hands of passionate creatives. Under the guidance and leadership of our Creative Director, all aspects of your event will be designed, planned, and produced from start to finish.
This Experience includes:

-Castleton Event’s Creative Director, a Senior Planner, & up to 5 Assistants  -Full Design Service including CAD’s 
-Up to five Studio Meetings  -Vendor Research and Recommendations
-Creative Partners Experience
In the interest of time and convenience, we create a full day experience for you
and your event partners to meet at our Design Studio to make selections, finalize decisions, and plan the many details of your day  -Complete Budget Planning -Correspondence with all Vendors -Review of all contracts -Seating Charts
 -Management of all on-site details  -Detailed Timelines (month by month and day-of)
- Guarantee of fulfilled contracts by photographer and videographer post event.  -Access to on-line planning software -Phone and email correspondence throughout -A Final Decor Meeting
